**Description:**

Set up and operate a CNC mill with Fanuc controls.

running 2 machines (Toyoda mills)

Will work mostly with stainless steel

Switching tools and inserts

Loading unloading fixtures

Proofing the program (setting the program / making basic edits)

Understanding 0 point reference

Tight Tolerances ( .0003 )

Run offsets

Completing and documenting in process inspections

Will be doing some back-ground editing (be able to read ahead in code and catch any discrepancies in the code)

cnc milling machine, CNC Mill, Toyoda mill, Toyoda FA800S, Toyoda FA800, fanuc control, Iron, Stainless steel, Machine shop, +/- ten thou, 2 axis toyoda, .0003 tolerence, titanium

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

Must Haves

Fanuc Controls experience

Ability to read code

Ability to make basic edits to program

Ability to modify speeds and feeds

Being able to read & interpret blueprint

MT&E (Measurement test and equipment) experience

CNC Milling machines (Toyoda)
