Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $12/hr.

Responsibilities:
The role involves reviewing and validating subscriber and dependent information across systems, ensuring the accuracy of demographic details, policy coverages, and effective dates. Responsibilities include evaluating policy documents for minor coverage details, accurately entering data using a 10-key pad, and transcribing information between documents with precision. The role also requires navigating multiple software tools for record verification and updates, as well as providing basic troubleshooting support.

Qualifications:

  • One year of data entry experience.
  • High attention to detail with basic math skills.
  • 10 Key Processing speed of 8,000 KPH and 98% accuracy.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM with 98% accuracy.
  • Skilled in document transcription and computer troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with Windows OS (Win 10, WinVista/7, Win98) and basic internet navigation.
