Job Summary

The Recruiter and HR Generalist sources, attracts, assesses, and helps onboard talent into The Forge Companies. This role is also the key HR contact and help support employee relations for the Atlanta Office. The critical work of this role requires close collaboration with leaders and the Director of People & Culture.

Essential Functions

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of recruiter and/or HR Generalist experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills • Organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Proficient with or able to quickly learn the HR systems and applications used in the organization; prefer LinkedIn Recruiter experience
