BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Pennington, NJAnticipated Start Date: [ASAP] Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: [12 Months] Job Type: [FULL TIME (Contract), [Hybrid] Pay Range: [$45-48/hr] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. Experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Space and/or possess relevant experience in Security, Risk, Compliance domain Quality Assurance experience Manual and automated (desired) testing experience Test Planning and test case development (e.g. Playbooks) Defect tracking and reporting Test data management Program, Project Management experience Portfolio mgmt. experience Data analysis Proficient in MS Excel Strong written and communication skills Required Skills: * Experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Space and/or possess relevant experience in Security, Risk, Compliance domain * Test Planning and test case development (e.g. Playbooks * Manual and automated (desired) testing experience Preferred Skills: * Data analysis * Proficient in MS Excel * Strong written and communication skillsBenefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
