Time Management: - Be familiar with billable hours and proficient in capturing and documenting time worked to ensure accurate billing and compliance with firm policies. Requirements: Legal Bar Certification: Must be currently barred in New York. 7-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. High proficiency in legal drafting and effective communication. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with legal case management software and tools.
