Our Texas client is looking for a Plant Manager to support the operations on a 1 year contract with extensions.

Position Summary: The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Clients' chemical manufacturing plant. They should have significant experience in chemical plant operations, with demonstrated increasing levels of accountability including into management of production shift operations. Education or training in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, a robust background in process engineering and project management, as well as experience in supervising a chemical plant, including scaling up processes from trial to full production scale, would be additional experience that will set this person up for success. The Plant Manager's key accountabilities include ensuring smooth operations, delivering production campaigns to advance technology optimization, implementing strategies for improved yield and safety, collaborating with R&D for production optimization, and managing the plant's personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in chemical and mechanical processes operations, strong leadership, and adept project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise all aspects of plant operations to ensure safe and reliable production execution. Manage operational planning, including staffing and improvement projects, to meet business and technology objectives. Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and increase yields for commercial scalability. Oversee equipment maintenance and repair to maintain uninterrupted production. Collaborate with R&D and engineering for product development and scale-up processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Manage a team of process engineers and operations staff, providing leadership and support for their growth. Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to operations staff. Project manage improvement projects, ensuring goals and timelines are met. Communicate with stakeholders and customers to align goals with business objectives.

Education / Experience:

15+ years of operations experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in oil and gas refining or petrochemical industries. Specific experience in leading production operation shift teams at a chemical plant operating facility is strongly desired. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering would be an asset. Experience in operations of a novel chemical process to support development and scale up would be an asset. Demonstrated progression and increasing levels of accountability in plant operations roles. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills. Responsibilities: Execution of the following technical activities for renewable power and new energy systems:

Grid stability studies Definition of Basis of Design and Technical Specification. High-level Definition and specification of equipment/system components Delivery of consultancy services, such as Feasibility and Conceptual Studies, Financial Models, Knowledge of electrical equipment, standards and specifications

Support marketing and business development activities for consulting services. Develop a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ for the above fields of expertise across our client's organization Support the growth of the business Requirements:

As a Substation Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of high-voltage substations for power utility projects. Your expertise in substation design, high-voltage equipment application, lightning protection, grounding systems, and CAD will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and engineer high-voltage substations for power utility applications. 2. Ensure the correct application of high-voltage equipment and components. 3. Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to work in Richmond, VA for a 10-month assignment, initially (with possible extensions).

This role will be field assigned during the construction of the high voltage facilities (substation, generation tie line etc.) associated with new generation projects (solar, battery storage etc.). Projects will typically be 6 to 9 months in duration and be located in Virginia. The successful candidate will have 10+ years experience with high voltage construction and construction oversite. Responsibilities:

Inspection and monitoring of contractor's construction work for compliance with the company’s Safety requirements. Contract documents, Policies, and Procedures (quality, safety, schedule, specifications and environmental). Monitors schedule and reports to management on project status including weekly regular progress reports. Coordinates and communicates with internal and external partners regarding major construction projects and their impact. Assist Project Manager to identify, correct and prevent construction quality issues and schedule delays. May support Project Engineers with constructability reviews of engineering drawings Attends safety meetings and ensures safety is the top priority on all construction projects. Understands, recognizes, and recommends corrections on potential environmental issues before they occur. Understands and executes current construction processes and procedures. Exercises positive communication with internal and external partners regarding construction projects. Qualifications:

Required OSHA 10 Certification High Voltage (HV) experience Substation construction experience Project Management (PM) experience 10+ years experience Preferred
