Agile Coach

6 Month C/CTH

Sector: Banking/Financial Services

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Agile framework and methodologies for the Agile transformation plans within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Facilitate the creation of empowered, self-organizing, high-performing teams focused on continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and mentor both new and experienced Agile teams, fostering collaboration and implementing improvements.
  • Provide coaching on Agile concepts and industry best practices to teams, scrum masters/agile managers, product management, program management, and IT. Topics include refinement, backlog prioritization, release/sprint planning, relative estimation, incorporation of engineering practices, and utilization of velocity for planning.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change; capable of being a 'change agent' to identify and drive productivity transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist (SA).
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, and backlog management.
  • Proven experience leading scaled-Agile execution for financial service technology portfolios, with familiarity in frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS.
  • Proficient in establishing and reinforcing Agile adoption lifecycles at portfolio, program-project, and team levels, encompassing implementation, improvement, standardization, and scaling.
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be onsite three days a week in [City], [State].
