Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant and is skilled in drafting documents, managing case files, and conducting legal research. If this sounds like something you can really excel at, please apply today.Responsibilities•Maintain constant client communication•Assess legal documents to assure compliance to all legal requirements•Create legal documents for attorney review•Update clients and outside counsel on case status as requested•Consult with attorneys and provide recommendations with regard to cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client's goals•Aid attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, and providing reminders as requestedQualifications•Case Management process experience is needed-preferably as a personal injury/medical malpractice case manager, or related jobs or legal assistant at a law firm•Professional case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal, at a non-profit, law firm, or human services agency•Extensive experience conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents is essential•A 2-year degree and Paralegal certification are acceptable, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred - High school diploma is required•Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software•Possesses exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral
