Programming: Write, edit, and optimize T code and Mazatrol programs for efficient and accurate machining. Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining specifications. Perform program adjustments as necessary to improve part quality and production efficiency. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specified tolerances. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC lathe machines to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machining processes, tool usage, and maintenance activities. Document any changes made to programs and processes for future reference. Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist, with a strong background in T code and Mazatrol programming. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and cutting parameters. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing and working at machines. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
