The Product Manager (PM), Intelligent Automation, will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation to automate and optimize business processes across various domains. The PM will work closely with customers, stakeholders, engineers, and designers to understand the needs and pain points and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements. The PM will also manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, communicate progress, and measure outcomes. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft and execute an intelligent automation roadmap and strategy that aligns with HomeServe USA's strategic business imperatives and delivers value 4 dimensions: Cost Savings, Revenue Growth, Customer/Employee Satisfaction, and Business Risk Reduction. Spearhead the expansion and improvement of the current contact center automation operations and new digital initiatives, focusing on improving both external customer-facing and internal contractor-facing services. Enable the Intelligent Digital Assistant for Everyone at HomeServe vision. Lead a dynamic team of automation experts in the design, development, and deployment of RPA, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes. Stay abreast of current industry trends, actively activating and incubating new technology capabilities to enhance HomeServe's core business capabilities; focus on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction through these innovations. Champion an automation-first mindset throughout the organization, encouraging innovative approaches to problem-solving and operational improvements. Drive change management initiatives to foster an organizational culture that embraces digital transformation, intelligent automation, and continuous learning. Democratize automation by developing initiatives that make automation tools and processes accessible to every employee in the company, empowering them to contribute to efficiency and innovation. Advance and update the 5 Year Plan and merge the process with the annual budget process. Report on savings achieved and project return on investments. Develop a metrics dashboard to track progress and provide a roadmap to success. POSITION COMPETENCIES

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 12+ years of post-graduate work experience in a digital transformation-related role 4+ years of experience in RPA with expertise in at least one of the leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Proven track record of leading and implementing digital transformation and automation projects within large organizations. Extensive experience with RPA, AI/ML, and other automation technologies, including hands-on experience in deploying these solutions. Experience development and implementing product roadmaps and strategies to deliver maximum organizational value Relevant certifications in project management, RPA, and automation technologies are highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution of complex digital transformation projects. Experience with Agile software development practice the SAFe is highly preferred. Strong advocate for change, with a track record of successfully implementing change management processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a team and fostering collaboration across departments. Ability to navigate and influence across teams and diverse stakeholders. Ability to present and interact at the Board and Senior Management level.
