Cooling tower and condenser maintenance coils, evaporators and tubes. Clean and perform routine maintenance as required. Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans. General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Valid Vehicle Operators license. Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance.
