ModMed (odmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Senior PowerBI Developer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of large-scale, customer-facing PowerBI solutions. As a Senior PowerBI Developer at ModMed, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how our customers utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance patient engagement within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine Your Role: + Lead the design, development, and implementation of PowerBI solutions for customer-facing applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to support business objectives. + Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and visualizations to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. + Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of PowerBI solutions, identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices in PowerBI, Spark, Python, and Databricks, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities. Skills & Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and deploying large-scale PowerBI solutions for customer-facing applications. + Proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling, DAX, and building interactive dashboards and reports. + Strong programming skills in Spark and Python, with experience in developing data pipelines and processing large datasets. + Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar big data processing platforms. + Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and SQL. + Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within tight deadlines. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus. + Certification in PowerBI or related technologies is a plus. #LA1 ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
