We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Staffing Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem?solving, thrives in a fast?paced environment, and takes pride in helping a facility run smoothly. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, high?quality care by supporting staffing operations and maintaining accurate schedules. Employee Benefits Package Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance $100/month company contribution to an HSA account Daily Pay Option 401K Employer paid life insurance 1x annual salary up to $100k Paid Time Off & Flexibility Generous Paid Time Off Personal Day Benefit Guidance and assistance from a dedicated regional team What Youll Do Create, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing and support departments Monitor call?offs, attendance, and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts Communicate promptly with department leaders regarding staffing needs, open shifts, and schedule changes Support new hire onboarding by preparing schedules, updating rosters, and assisting with orientation logistics Maintain accurate schedules, and attendance documentation Respond to staff questions regarding schedules and shift availability Collaborate with HR, nursing leadership, and department managers to support staffing strategies and managing PPD according to facility metrics.
