Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customer service, and management.
Process shipping and receiving documentation according to company procedures.
Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory.
Assist with maintaining a steady supply of shipping materials.
Help walk-in customers with their needs.
Develop product knowledge to answer customer questions.
Participate in daily cycle counts, inventory control, freight claims, and paperwork.

Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
