Bill Dube was founded in December 1975. Our founder, Bill Dube, envisioned the dynamic growth and progress experienced by our community. In 1992, his daughter Debbie Dube Reed, became President of the company. Bill's ethical business practices and sense of community leadership are carried on by Debbie, and work hand-in-hand in building the success and progress which we are experiencing now. We are building a state-of-the art facility with over 38,000 square feet and plan to open mid Feburary 2017 and we need your help to take us to the next level

As an Automotive Influencer, you will combine your automotive expertise with social media savvy to attract, engage, and convert potential customers. You will play a key role in promoting our dealership's brand, showcasing our vehicles, and fostering relationships with our audience online. • Content creation that centers around our brand values and the great vehicles available to customers
• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
• Interact professionally with customers online and encourage them to visit our showroom

• 3-5 of Automotive Sales experience
• Proven sales track record
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills and sales track record
• Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
