Job DescriptionAre you a skilled nurse practitioner looking for a fulfilling career in neurology? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support for individuals with neurological conditions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventionsConduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and supportCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approachProvide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plansParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize patient care deliveryPerform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditionsNurse Practitioner Requirements:6 Months of Long Term Care ExperienceDEA LicenseNurse Practitioner LicenseExperience in NeurologyEEO/AAP Statement: Infinite is an equal-opportunity employer.
