MCMH generates approximately $19,000,000 in revenue each year and employs about 100 full-time staff.MCMH is located about five miles north of Interstate-10, approximately 50 miles east of Tallahassee, Florida. Madison is the county seat of a county with a population of approximately 20,000. The county's economic base is agriculture, State correctional facility, school district, local government and small retail.Job DescriptionResponsible for the development, implementation, coordination, management, and monitoring of an effective and on-going Emergency Department Program.Responsible to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of patient care within the Emergency Department.Responsible for the research, revision, development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures for nursing clinical areas. Responsible for Nursing Clinical Information Technology in the ED.Responsible for staffing and scheduling of the ED. Responsible for working in vacant nursing positions or act as charge RN to assist where and when needed. Responsible for excellent communications and management of resources and upholding excellent clinical standards of care.
