Maintaining detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and status within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the sourcing process, reflected in candidate feedback and satisfaction. Sourcing experience at a fast-growing tech company Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean searches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and attract passive talent. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining active talent pipelines across diverse functional areas. High attention to detail. Experience with Lever or other ATS and G-suite is a plus. Talent Magnet : Deep understanding of talent sources in key markets. Proactively develops and implements plans to build talent pipelines.
