About the OpportunityAs the Warehouse Manager at Monin, you will manage a team of talented warehouse associates to process, package, and ship syrups, purees, and flavors following Monin specifications. We have passion and commitment to quality, and we hope you do too As a suitable Warehouse Manager, you should be able to train and supervise warehouse associates. An added responsibility for you in this role is the ability to plan, coordinate, and organize. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are highly detail-oriented and a strong problem solver passionate about providing beverage and culinary flavor solutions that make our customers successful

What You'll Do

  • Drive forklifts - Counterbalance and sit down
  • Follow safety procedures to unload trucks and rail containers
  • Operate scanner to add & remove inventory
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment
  • Inventory control and cycle counting
  • Positioning of material needed for manufacturing
  • Picking, packing, and shipping of the product
  • Replenishing pick bins, loading/unloading trucks and rail containers, and picking and packing sales orders

Other Qualifications & Considerations
  • Must be flexible and able to work in all departments within the warehouse
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse leadership experience
  • Strong scanning and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed and can work unsupervised
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Willingness to follow safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers
