8-10+ years

Your expertise
bachelor [or masters] degree or equivalent years of work experience in a related field. ideally 7-10 years of experience as CICS/MQ Engineer focused on a large z/OS SMS environment
Good technical skills in WebSphere MQ on z/OS which must include some knowledge of MQ Clustering, SSL, and Queue Sharing
Good technical skills in CICS on z/OS which must include knowledge of latest CICS technologies such as Liberty/JVM Servers, Web Services, CICS Transaction Gateway, TLS Certificates, and High Availability setup
Possess good general PC and MS Office skills
Be a team player with good organisational and communication skills
Possess the ability to quickly envisage the operating landscape of the bank and the specific scope of the project engaged in
Have the capacity to quickly grasp an understanding of all the processes necessary to achieve the allotted tasks
