With several offices worldwide and over thirty-years dedicated to delivering best-in-class technology to the packaging and printing industries, it is our deeply held philosophy that eProductivity Software succeeds when our customers thrive. **Job Requirements:** + Manage day to day operations for your staff and projects, including resource allocation and prioritization, business case estimates, design reviews, project effort estimates, automation expansion and execution, to effectively deliver results. In other words, figure out how to get your team’s job done in the most effective way possible. + Anticipate needs and implications of decisions, proactively working to identify, clarify, and resolve issues. Remove barriers in and outside the organization in a timely manner + Working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality + Manage, plan, develop, and execute software testing tasks for applications developed using various technologies including distributed Internet technologies (Java/.net, relational databases, XML, web services, etc.). Create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, Status Reports, and Metrics. + Flexibility to work with changing requirements + Producing test plans and ensuring they are followed + Automating tests where appropriate + Producing and prioritizing bug reports + Reproducing bug reports from the field and writing clear steps to reproduce + Running cross-platform & browser testing + Verifying the load, scalability, and performance requirements have been met + Working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis + Lead as Scrum master the Packaging eFLow R&D cross functional scrum team + Provide “triage” and troubleshooting skills developed in QA role and apply for North American key customers when issues are discovered after normal business hours in India and the U.K. with a goal to assemble and prepare issue isolation for the Packaging R&D team(s) to pickup next day. **Skills:** + Excellent communication skills + Great teamwork and strong leadership skills and experience in working with offshore teams + Strong technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques + Passionate about new technology and perform technical evaluations + required to document and report on defects and other software issues + Strong problem-solving ability + Functional Windows experience (including scripting and automation) required + Experience with web-based database applications preferred + Programming knowledge of Java, PHP an asset + Experience with VMware preferred + Experience with automation tools (such as Selenium/Java, Test complete, Silk test) preferred + Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, Progress + Experience with Loadrunner, JMeter will be an advantage + Must be motivated; a self-starter, results oriented individual with a successful track record. + Should be experienced in Agile methodologies preferably certified Scrum Master. **Work Experience Requirements:** + 11+ years of software testing and/or software development experience working + Experience in managing QA teams of 6 – 10 size. + Minimum 2 years of experience in managing QA teams. + Knowledge of Enablement Applications (iQuote, PrintFlow and AutoCount) as well as eFLow and BOD integration methods **Education Recommendations:** Bachelor's degree is mandatory. A specialization in Computer Science or Printing technology. **Behavioral Competency :** + Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with team in India and US) + Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus. **Desirable qualities:** + Problem Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Probes all fruitful sources for answers. Is excellent at honest analysis. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. + Learning on the Fly - Learns quickly when facing new problems. A relentless and versatile learner. + Drive for result - Able to set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish. Able to overcome setbacks which may occur along the way.
