Outreach We share the results of our successes with the community.Strata-G is seeking an experienced Industrial Controls/Electrical Engineer with the following:Summary:This position will be responsible for the design, development, implementation of the division's software-based Industrial Control Systems (ICS) throughout the entire system development life cycle, including configuration control, software quality assurance, and cyber security.This position may require a RAD Worker II training and may impose a Workplace Substance Abuse Program (WSAP) testing designated position which requires passing a pre-placement drug test and participation in an ongoing random drug testing program in which employees are subject to being randomly selected for testing and undergoing testing without advance notification.Basic Qualifications:•A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.•Experience with HMI/SCADA control systems software including Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, GE iFIX and Visual Basic•Experience with servers, networking components, common protocols, and databases•Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret requirements and technical specifications.•Demonstrated ability in hardware/software integration.•5 or more years of experience with electrical and instrumentation and control•Excellent written and oral communication skills•Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 SuitePreferred Qualifications:•Experience with virtual machine and thin client technology•Experience with administration of historians, web-based development, and SQL databases•Experience with AutoCAD•Experience with cybersecurity / firewallsRegulatory Requirements and Consensus Standards•10CFR830 - Nuclear Safety Management•DOE O 414.1D - Quality Assurance•ASME NQA-1 - Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications•FISMA 2002 - Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002•NIST Special Publication (SP) 800 Series - Computer SecurityStrata-G will not sponsor applicants for immigrant or non-immigrant work visas.
