- Be present to assist guests in all phases of their Biltmore Farms breakfast experience from greeting and seating to servicing with a smile
- Familiarize yourself with menus, ingredients, presentation, and proper food service standards
- Setup, monitor, restock, and breakdown breakfast service bar
- Complete all duties and procedures as put forth by our hotel leadership
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the food service areas
- Assist our Housekeeping team with public area cleaning as needed
Essential Elements
The skills of a Breakfast Attendant are as diverse as our customers. Many of our guest celebrations and vacations align with weekends and holidays, so our Breakfast Attendant must be ready to thrive during these times. Good communication and working knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including ability to lift and carry trays, are must-haves. Above all, you know how to treat guests like family.
Hours
Must have flexible availability from 5:00am to 1:00pm Monday through Sunday.
Physical
Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. Must be capable of constant walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to work with cleaning products.
