Identify and manage project dependencies, maintain critical path objectives, analyze results, identify problem areas, and devise contingency plans. Effectively communicate project developments and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Collaborate with IT leadership and project team members to develop and submit project budget proposals and updates for senior level management. Prepare and maintain complete and accurate project documentation, notes, and artifacts. Assist in identifying project participants and performing resource planning to achieve objectives. Manage project close out and turnover including final documentation and lessons learned actions. Develop and maintain positive business relationships at a project, department, and company level. Collaborate with project delivery teams to continuously improve tools, frameworks and documentation for project execution and management. Teach and mentor team members and stakeholders in project management techniques and topics. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or equivalent experience. 5+ years applicable work experience in project management, including IT project delivery. Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude with a strong, can-do, service focus. Detail-oriented, analytical problem solver. Flexible, adaptable, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with others in a cross-functional environment. Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or related credentials and certification desired. Ability to influence, motivate, and maintain positive engagement of project team, stakeholders and IT across multiple projects and over long project timelines. Excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills. Balance expectations and facilitate within and between project team and stakeholder to reach planned objectives. Experience with technical writing, including the ability to understand a business problem, draft requirements and translate into executable tasks. Experience with various project sizes and complexities, managing several projects at the same time, using differing approaches, such as agile and waterfall based on need. Competent in the use of Project Management software platforms, MS Teams, Office 365, MS Azure DevOps helpful. Quick study in researching and building working knowledge of new technologies sufficient to guide related projects. Strong ability to work with technical teams to elicit, develop, and document project plans.
