Responsibilities

  • Prepare PO's to purchase required parts from approved vendors. 50% (daily)
  • Provide follow-up on status of orders. 25% (daily)
  • Negotiate and research new vendors and products. 10% (as needed)
  • Maintain records and reports. 5% (as needed)
  • Other projects as requested by Sales Manger / General Manager 10% (as needed)
  • Computer Softwares ; Excel , ERP systems.
