As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our unique Salesforce platform, specifically tailored for Public Improvement District (PID) services
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, support, and system maintenance
Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization's evolving needs
Manage user profiles, permissions, and security settings
Ensure data integrity through routine cleaning and deduplication
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Collect, clean, and organize data from diverse sources
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Develop and maintain data models to enhance data quality and consistency
Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and design effective data solutions
Perform data imports, exports, and transformation tasks as needed
Utilize data visualization tools for effective presentation of findings and trends
Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Train staff and users on Salesforce in best practices and data entry standards
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues
Act as a resource for answering questions and resolving problems related to Salesforce and data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support specific projects and initiatives
Provide analytical support and contribute to decision-making processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize workflows
