SUMMARY The Senior Project Manager leads the planning and execution of the project throughout its lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordination and completion of projects within schedule, budget, and scope. Manage all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the strategic and operational planning for projects Coordinate resources for project execution Define project scope and objectives, involve stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification tools Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track performance to analyze the successful completion of short? and long?term goals Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis Establish forecasting and measurement to ensure adoption, efficiency, and financial objectives are met Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES Proven experience in project management Excellent client?facing and internal communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability Proficient with Microsoft Office Proven ability to drive and deliver results SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the Onboarding Team (temporary or permanent depending on progress and appetite) EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in business, management or related field required 15+ years of experience in project management CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION None PHYSICAL DEMAND Ability to sit at a computer for long periods in a well?lit office environment Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Position located in Atlanta, GA office Must work in the office during scheduled hours INTERNAL APPLICANT POLICY Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
