Controller - $200K

Dynamic and Growing Real Estate Company is seeking a Controller to join their team This is a hands-on position and one that will shape your career

Will be responsible for full-cycle accounting of portfolio; including producing financial statements, general ledger, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports.

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and budgeting and expense management processes. Establish corporate budget and P&L variance review.

Review asset level financial statements, assist asset management.

Work with third party property management and asset management.

Oversee disposed assets and work with asset management to close out accounting and final tax package.

Review contribution and distribution calculations,.

Work with project management and asset management to ensure draws are submitted in a timely manner.

Review CAM and Tax and Insurance reconciliations.

Review monthly and quarterly updates.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
5+ years of experience
Public and Private a plus
Fund Administration Experience
CPA preferred.
