Over the past nine consecutive years, we have been honored with the Best Place to Work in South Carolina designation.At Recruiting Solutions, we take pride in our collaborative and innovative culture, which encourages strong relationships amongst our team membersRecruiting Solutions Work Perks:Full benefits package to include medical, dental, and visionCompetitive PTO policy401K with employer contributionSupportive team environment and cross-functional training opportunitiesBonus rewards and incentivesFree coffee, happy hours, volunteer opportunitiesOnsite Manager Responsibilities:The Onsite Manager is responsible for covering multiple clients in the Spartanburg territoryRecruit, screen, interview and select temporary/temp-hire employees to fill open positions with our current client companiesComplete new hire and on-boarding paperwork with eligible candidatesConduct professional reference checks on candidatesConduct complete pre-screening requirements such as background checks and drug screens as required by clientEmployee management; Handle employee relation issues as necessary including corrective action counselingMake quality placements at current and new clientsFill work orders in a timely, efficient mannerGenerate new orders through skill marketing and selling from the deskDevelop strong client relationships to include the development of relationships with new departments within existing clientsProspect new clients through recruiting or salesProvide clients with innovative solutions and be proactive in increasing market shareDevelop new ways of increasing employee and client satisfaction and retentionMarketing responsibilities to include lead generation and brand awarenessActively participate in identifying and recommending areas for process improvements and increased efficiency.Enter required data in computer systemAttend office meetings and scheduled eventsParticipate in continuing education opportunitiesPossess a cooperative and positive attitude toward clients, management and co-workersRespond promptly, politely and professionally to clients, both external and internal and work diligently to be a valued team playerAccept change with a positive attitudePerform other duties as assignedWhat Were Looking ForSound like the perfect fit?
