The Project Engineer will use their knowledge of electrical projects, project documentation, and electrical installations to assist project teams with the organization of project documents and record drawings. They will also communicate with General Contractor Teams and Vendors to ensure correct documentation has been received and submitted as needed. This individual will work closely with the project team and will be involved in the project’s day to day planning and decision-making processes. We are seeking someone who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist the Project Manager in duties including document control, production and submission of RFIs, change order processing, and change order management. Assist the Project Team in document distribution, the keeping of accurate and up-to-date record drawings, and lighting fixture and gear package management from submission to installation. Assist the General Foremen and Foremen in the research of information needed for the project’s installations, in organizing and distributing project information, in recording as-built conditions on the project documents, and in the production of documentation requesting clarification of design in the form of RFIs and follow up responses. Actively participate in project planning meetings as a member of the project leadership team. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE The successful Project Engineer will either be a Journeyman Electrician OR have Project Engineer experience on large construction projects. Please note Education and/or Experience associated with each path. If already a Journeyman Electrician, the following are required:

Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent Able to provide proof of Journeyman’s license Understanding of all facets of construction blueprints, specifications and Requests for Information (architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and special systems) Understanding of basic computer skills (ex. folder structure, emails & attachments, keyboard shortcuts)

If already a Journeyman Electrician, the following are preferred:

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Proficient with Bluebeam

For those with Project Engineer background, the following are required, unless otherwise noted as preferred:
