To be a successful addition to our team, it is important that individuals are self-motivated, be able to take direction, have good communication, and constantly strive to improve. Collaborating with sales, engineering, plant, and field service teams to understand customer requirements. The applicant will need to be able to diagnose and repair complex systems with minimal supervision. They also need to be able to properly communicate technical information to customers in a friendly and helpful manner. A valid driver's license and prior experience in the field are required for consideration.

What You Will Need (minimum qualifications):

Experience:

Must have a valid Driver’s License. Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to influence teams, customers, and stakeholders Strong computer literacy (ability to understand, interpret and develop complex spreadsheets) Coordinate and maintain documents. Take ownership of project and work with teams to develop/maintain RFI’s. Demonstrated experience with change orders and cost proposals. Understanding of specifications and drawings.
