Overview:

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Providence Point in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking its next employee-owner.

Please note that we can only consider PTA or COTA applicants at this time for this role. Role will also require treating up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy - PTA or COTA Only.
  • Must hold CPR Certification (or obtain before hire)
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance required
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Previous managerial experience as a Lead, Assistant or DOR required.
  • Must have acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
