Apartment Maintenance Technician Apartment Maintenance Technician at Regency Club in Baton Rouge, LA. $750 sign-on bonus and robust benefit package which includes health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, plumbing and appliances repairs, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance in residents' apartments Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service Perform unit turnovers / make-readies Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency Grounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the apartment community Requirements Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Tools and reliable transportation. We can assist with tools purchase if needed.
