Position Introduction/Key Duties

Cimarron is seeking a Logistics Representative with a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to help support a classified program in Chantilly, VA.

This is an onsite position.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies.
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate level and engage with the correct stakeholders.
  • Lead the coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.
  • Serve as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor shipping/receiving discrepancies.
  • Develop solutions to mitigate errors.
  • Perform shipping/receiving operations at an unloading dock.
  • Perform and maintain inventory warehouse area.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to operate mechanical handling equipment (MHE), such as dollies or pallet trucks.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • HAZMAT Certification.
