The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in Californias Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems. In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.

**Job Purpose:**

This position provides material delivery, preparation, and replenishment support to the Fabrication Department. This positions primary focus is to support direct production activities allowing production personnel to focus exclusively on value-added work. A Water Spider ensures that all production lines have the necessary material to successfully run production during the designated shift.

**Nature of Duties:**

* Ensure a timely restock of necessary components to the assigned work area at the point of use

* Load carts according to defined quantities for optimal use in the assigned work area

* Ensure production lines have the necessary components needed and proactively request additional materials

* Follow all general and specific safety procedures as instructed by Supervisor

* Any other assignments necessary to produce quality product at proper productivity rates

**Education and Experience:**

* Requires 1-2 years related experience

* Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift preferred

* Basic computer skills.

* Good English communication skills.
