If so, we want to hear from you Located just minutes away from downtown Nashville, pH-D Feminine Health is seeking a Marketing Assistant who shares our vision and wants to help us fulfill our mission POSITION SUMMARY: The onsite Marketing Assistant will provide essential support to the marketing team, assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, event coordination, and various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who is eager to learn and grow in the marketing field. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. Assist with maintaining marketing calendar, supporting content creation efforts, drafting copy for marketing materials, and social media posts. Coordinate and organize sales & marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and saved in respective digital asset management platforms. Assist with maintaining and updating the company's website and social media platforms with current and relevant content. Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities including sampling programs. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars. Help track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions. Conduct research and competitive intelligence gathering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives and projects including new product development. Embrace learning and growth as part of an outstanding team QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. +1 years of experience in marketing or a related field; internships or relevant coursework will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
