The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Benefits in addition to compensation include: Vacation and sick days 401(k) with a 6% company match Be ready to: Handle a high volume of phone calls Receive customers’ requests by telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail; analyze request, provide needed service or information as needed. Process loans, withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMD), surrenders, beneficiary/ownership changes, reinstatements, contractual changes, collateral assignments, external 1035/transfers Refer transactions for approval by the Life Underwriter and/or Assoc. Manager as outlined in the Lines of Authority Assist in the formulation of various reports as needed Serve as a back-up for the Policy Service Coordinator as needed Visit with agents/agencies Attend sales meetings Be equipped with: Ability to collaborate and work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Bring education and experience from: A high school education Encouraged to pursue further continuing education – including pursuit of accredited insurance class/exam (such as LOMA), MAPS Certification, or equivalent Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
