Job Type: Full-time

EMC Precision has provided complex parts in low- to mid-volume quantities expertly machined since 1925. This Mill Turn Operator will be responsible for the CNC manufacturing of precision components making quality verifications and adjustments as necessary. Set up experience a plus.

Job Summary:

CNC Machine experience required
Lathe experience with live tooling (Y axis) and sub-spindle
Read and interpret drawings
Read micrometer and other precision instruments
Calculate/adjust machine settings
Identify/solve problems
High School diploma/GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Solid work history

Training/ Mentoring Learn everything you need to know about the production process and enjoy a variety of cross-training

opportunities.

Resumen de Trabajo:

Se requiere experiencia en maquinas CNC
Experiencia en torno con herramientas motorizadas (eje Y) y subhusillo
Leer e interpretar dibujos
Leer micrometros y otros instrumentos de precision
Calcular/ajustar la configuracion de la maquina
Identificar/resolver problemas
Se prefiere un diploma de escuela secundaria/GED y ser capaz de pasar una verificacion de antecedentes y una prueba de deteccion de drogas
Solido historial de trabajo

Capacitacion/Tutoria: Aprenda todo lo que necesita saber sobre el proceso de produccion y disfrute de una variedad de oportunidades de capacitacion cruzada
