Office: Graduate StudiesReports to: Senior Director of Graduate EnrollmentWork Period: 12-monthHours: Full-timeOvertime: Non-exemptJob Grade: 7General Summary: Collaborates with the Senior Director of Graduate Enrollment, the Enrollment Manager, the Admission Operations team, and IT to support the College's graduate enrollment goals through the effective use of Slate and other enrollment systems. The position is responsible for coordinating system integration and managing and analyzing graduate enrollment data to inform strategic and data-driven decision-making. Reports to the Senior Director of Graduate Enrollment.Essential Job Functions:Manages the technology-related aspects of the graduate admissions unit including the planning, maintenance, and implementation of technology solutions, within Slate, Colleague, and related CAS systems. Develops and implements workflows, forms, reports, queries, events, etc. within Slate. Supports the system implementation for communication campaigns and manages Slate populations. Maintains accurate information for and about graduate students in college systems (Slate, Colleague, CAS, etc) in compliance with FERPA and other college policies and procedures. Ensures data integrity within the enrollment systems by regularly auditing and cleaning data.Generates reports using Slate, Informer, Colleague, and other systems to support decision-making processes for graduate enrollment management. Creates and maintains dashboards and visualizations that support decision-making and planning.In collaboration with Enrollment Manager, supports campus-wide system and business process integration efforts among Admission Operations, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar in support of cohesive and streamlined workflow and communication. Maintains documentation of systems policies, procedures, and standards. Troubleshoots system issues and evaluates options for longer-term system adaptations or changes.REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Experience in higher education using Slate and student information systems, such as Colleague or Banner, and experience using Excel. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced).Ability to communicate effectively.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion and good judgment, work independently, and prioritize work assignments.Possess strong initiative and the ability to create plans and processes without an existing roadmap.Ability to work effectively with a team and with many diverse constituencies in a college environment.Possess critical thinking, planning, and project management skills.Possess proven proofreading skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated experience with relational databases and concepts, data modeling, data visualization and reporting tools. Strong working knowledge of standard admission and student information system softwarePossess strong judgment and discretion in dealing with issues pertaining to confidentiality.Willingness to commit to and advance the mission, vision, and short and long-term goals of Agnes Scott College.Irregular and overtime hours are required for special projects and events.PHYSICAL DEMANDSIntermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects.
