Take this chance to make a meaningful impact with your career today Location: Pueblo Branch Coverage area: Pueblo County + 60 mile radius of branch Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri Our comprehensive benefits include: Competitive compensation Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Employee referral program 401(k) retirement savings plan Employee discounts Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Responsibilities: Evaluate patient's functional status and home environment Identify equipment needs and participate in the development of the total plan of care Develop treatment program and establish goals for improved function Teach new skills, retrain in once familiar daily activity skills, fabricate splints, train in use of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices Maintain appropriate clinical records and communication with other personnel involved in patient's care Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations Participate in discharge planning Participate in case conference as required Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Graduate of an occupational therapist education program accredited by ACOTE with current licensure to practice in state of operation 2+ years occupational therapy experience Home health experience preferred Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence About our Line of Business: At Abode Hospice and Home Health, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
