Practical Speech Therapist for Home Health Care

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes. **Job Summary:** Evaluate clients' speech, language, and hearing abilities, recommending strategies to enhance communication and hearing. Develop and revise treatment plans in consultation with physicians as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training as needed. Educate clients and families on speech therapy techniques and related challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in Speech Therapy, licensure in Florida, and at least two years of clinical experience. Excellent judgment, communication, and observational skills are essential for this role.
