is seeking an

Assistant Project Manager

to provide crucial support in day-to-day administrative tasks for projects in the Miami-Dade County. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager in coordinating Division 5 construction projects, specifically in custom metal fabrication, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. Additionally, the role involves managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks for assigned projects. • Support the coordination and completion of Division 5 construction projects, focusing on custom metal fabrication. • Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements. • Manage project documentation, including filing, organization, and version control. • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and maintain communication with project stakeholders. • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation for upper management. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project progress. • Provide support in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Assist with tracking project expenses, invoices, and procurement processes. • Help manage project-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries. • Assist in resolving day-to-day project issues and escalating concerns as needed. • Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 3+ years working experience in project management within the Construction Industry Division 5 - Miscellaneous Metals preferred Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Proficient with multi-unit, commercial and residential projects Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
