Assist in all aspects of stage & load in operations, assist in all on-site lighting & stage set up.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOPerforms the Load-in of band equipment and rental equipmentSet Up and break-down of band and event equipmentFocus and lighting adjustments to artist or event specificationsSpotlight Operations/Lighting Control Boards operation & programmingMaintenance and repair of lighting equipmentAssist with Production throughout the house as neededAccommodate artist/ event A/V requirementsResponsible for safe and consistent operation of lightingAssist with the technical advance with Artists representativesEnsure proper care and handling of all HOBE and rental lighting & A/V equipmentInteract with visiting production crews to ensure a successful showDistribute or create lighting plot plansOversee and operate systems pertaining to lighting throughout the entire eventEnsure Special Events lighting needs are scheduled and metAssist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.Assist with any Special Events operationsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:3 years minimum Tour or Stage Production experienceExperience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systemsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with all Microsoft applicationsMust possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skillsPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Must be able to lift up to 75lbsWork in an environment with moderate to loud noise level, extreme lighting changes, strobes & moving lightsAble to wear a radio earpiece during the scheduled shiftEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
