En tant que Business Analyst en Alternance, vous êtes rattaché à la Direction Commercial et Marketing de Chronopost et plus précisément au pôle d’expertise « Pilotage et projets Ventes ». Vous menez plusieurs

activités orientées data, études et analyse des résultats commerciaux mensuels, afin de diagnostiquer et piloter les performances de la direction commerciale. A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes : Piloter les reportings d'activité commerciale Analyser les KPI's ventes (CA / Colis /Revenu par colis / Expéditions / Poids moyen…) Collecter et analyser les besoins, qu'ils soient implicites ou explicites. Développer de nouveaux outils d'analyse (principalement sur Excel et Business Object) Communiquer auprès des Directeurs, des managers des ventes et des commerciaux Effectuer de la veille sur les outils et méthodes des nouvelles approches analytiques. Mettre à jour de façon continue les Process Vous travaillerez dans une équipe dynamique d'experts, tout en étant orienté métier et en capacité de comprendre les orientations stratégiques du business d'aujourd'hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez donc en contact direct avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes appartenant à des directions opérationnelles et support : la Direction Informatique, la Direction commerciale, le Marketing, la Direction Financière. L'intérêt d'un travail situé au croisement de plusieurs directions, qui permet d'avoir une vision globale de l'entreprise. Profil recherché

F/H - Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +3 à Bac +5 en école de commerce/marketing. Vous appréciez la variété des missions, la communication, l’analyse et le pilotage dans un contexte en constante évolution, et avez déjà prouvé votre autonomie et votre adaptabilité en entreprise. Vous maîtrisez le pack office et notamment Excel. Vous avez éventuellement une connaissance de l'outil Business Object. Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, à l’écoute et réactive. Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et de bonnes compétences en communication.
