Custodial Duties:(1) Keeps assigned areas neat and clean, including vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and reconditioning of all carpeted and hard surface floors; dusting and polishing and vacuuming of all furniture, doors, walls; washing of light fixtures and windows; dumping all waste containers and recycling containers and hauling same to proper disposal area.(2) Prepares work orders for repairs or adjustments as needed on equipment and fixtures in assigned areas.(3) Performs other job related duties as assigned, including snow removal, salting, etc.b.
