_:Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of collections for specific accounts assigned by the Regional Credit Manager.
- Answers direct and ACD incoming lines. Responds to customers, sales reps and vendor requests for information and/or documents.
- Cash Application: Assists applying customer payments to their accounts.
- Processes and/or researches customer claims.
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to work well with others in assigned group.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to compute percentages.
- Analytical skills.
- Two to three years of experience in credit or customer service required.
