Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of collections for specific accounts assigned by the Regional Credit Manager.
  • Answers direct and ACD incoming lines. Responds to customers, sales reps and vendor requests for information and/or documents.
  • Cash Application: Assists applying customer payments to their accounts.
  • Processes and/or researches customer claims.
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Ability to work well with others in assigned group.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to compute percentages.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Two to three years of experience in credit or customer service required.
