Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 21 days, followed by 9 days off (7 days home plus 2 travel days).
  • Run 100% no-touch dry van freight in IL, IN, KY, WV, VA, DC, PA, MD, MA, NJ, CT, DE, SC, and NC.
  • Operate new model trucks with advanced features and assigned vehicles, ensuring no slip seating.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual earnings between $93,000 and $112,000.
  • Mileage pay: $0.67 - $0.72 CPM based on experience and hazmat endorsement.
  • Additional $0.06 CPM bonus paid at the end of the year.
  • Company-paid travel expenses for home and return trips.
  • Full benefits after 60 days, including PTO, BCBS medical, dental, 401K, and incentive pay.
  • Rider policy (driver responsible for passenger transportation costs).
Requirements:
  • 12 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
  • Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No DUI in PMV in the last 7 years and only one in a lifetime (never in CMV).
