Join to apply for the Business Analyst II role at Serve You Rx. Serve You Rx is seeking a Business Analyst II responsible for planning and leading business, operational, IT, and financial projects. The role involves identifying and documenting business needs and requirements, designing, testing, and implementing new systems, and modifying existing systems to meet business needs. Responsibilities also include research, data compilation, and project management. This is a remote position. What Youll Do Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with operations and IT. Manage operational, systems, and technology projects, working with end-users to determine requirements and support business needs. Coordinate requirements gathering, define and develop new applications, document requirements and process flows. Solve complex problems, translating concepts for diverse audiences. Plan project schedules, lead project teams, and influence leadership to adopt new ideas and approaches. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and publish reports. Support existing applications, including end-user support, testing, bug management, and training. Develop end-to-end process maps, define application requirements, and support process improvements to increase productivity. Mentor team members and possibly manage other professionals or processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; Masters preferred. At least five years of business analysis, IT, and project experience, with a focus on leading projects; experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare is a plus. Project Management Certification is preferred.
