Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What youll do As a Project Manager in Omaha, NE, youll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, youll help our teams achieve our clients objectives. Youll bring your expertise to solve complex problems and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Youll also provide motivation and direction to project teams and benefit from mentorship opportunities to help you and your team thrive. Work with cross-functional teams to support fast-paced environments and contribute to the success of projects in the industrial and commercial sectors. Responsibilities Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules. Provide leadership and direction to project teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with engineering, architectural design, and construction management teams. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline 4+ years of experience managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities Experience as a Project Manager on Advanced Technology, Semiconductor, and Data Center Projects Preferred Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Masters degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field Location Omaha, NE Employment type Full-time Industries Civil Engineering, Design Services, and IT Services and IT Consulting Benefits Health and welfare benefits including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, 401(k), and stock purchase options.
