Job Summary:

As a Mobile Software Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop efficient, high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. You will collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to provide top-quality mobile applications.

Job Goals:

1. Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle of assigned applications
2. Ensure development processes, best-practices, and standards are followed to produce a quality product
3. Collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using the Flutter development framework.
  2. Create and maintain applications targeting a diverse range of Android and iOS devices.
  3. Address bug fixing, improve application performance, and enhance quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new features.
  5. Uphold code quality and conduct unit tests to ensure product excellence.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest mobile trends and technologies.
  7. Deliver high-quality application experiences for users.
  8. Participates in the responsibilities of the development lifecycle:
  • Analyze business requirements
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX concepts
  • Provide development estimates based on defined scope
  • Write technical specifications and documentation
  • Implement solutions by coding features, enhancements, bug fixes
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Develop, debug, write unit tests, QA, and support
  • Build/Release to app stores


Qualifications

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in development and 2 years as a Flutter Developer.
  • Proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, such as Mapbox, Dio, Flutter_bloc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in technology, particularly mobile.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and testable code that is scalable and ensures application performance and reliability.
  • Solid understanding of the differences between iOS and Android in terms of design guidelines, user interactions, and platform-specific functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and experience in translating database structures to data models.
